Michael Grey


Michael is the founding partner and chief executive officer of GreyTV Advertising. He is a creative strategy expert and team builder, with extensive experience in connecting the dots between on and off-line media, and helping clients be selective and purposeful as they deploy marketing in the rapidly growing tv and digital media environments.

Brent Loefke


Brent has been directing for 20 years. Creativity is the single best attribute that describes his work, and he brings a fun, energetic approach to each project. Brent’s portfolio includes numerous industries, featuring work for Automotive, Health & Fitness, Financial Services and Consumer Electronics clients. Additionally, Brent has directed a diverse range of advertising formats, including brand awareness, and direct response, at varying lengths including short-form, and infomercials.

Rich Underwood


Rich has been directing for 20 years. His directorial work has consistently garnered national and international acclaim. Infusing humanity with graphic structure, Rich creates nuanced stories that are arresting and provocative. His visual storytelling has been called upon by top brands in a diverse range of categories, including American Airlines, Blue Cross, Gateway, Marriott, and Bridgepoint Education.

Liz Hinlein


Liz has accumulated 14 years of award-winning experience as a Director. She has demonstrated a singular ability to create visually arresting imagery. Liz has successfully delivered outstanding creative for global brands including Dove, Revlon, Gillette and Nivea. As a veteran of the industry, her body of work is punctuated by direction of legendary talents including Halle Berry, Kelli Garner, Jonathan Tucker and Brittany Spears.

Gregory Tuzin


Gregory has been directing for over 10 years. He specializes in Technology and Action/Sports commercials. He started his professional career as an in-house filmmaker at IDEO, the world’s largest industrial design firm. He creates high gloss imagery that always packs a visual punch. Gregory has expertise in VFX, working with FX artists, and agency creative and copywriting teams. Gregory’s directorial highlights include work for clients such as Apple, Disney, Intel, and Cisco.

Tristan Milani


Tristan has been a director of photography for over 19 years. He specializes in making foods and beverages look absolutely delicious. He has worked in 13 international markets, including Australia and the United States. He envisions and executes on appetite-inducing footage, with unique approaches to tabletop and product visualization, that are known around the world. Tristan’s cinematography highlights include work for clients such as Nescafe, Coca-Cola, Old El Paso, and McDonalds.

Carlos Osorio


Carlos was born in Colombia, and after pursuing graduate studies in Fine arts and Film, he settled in Los Angeles. For the past 15 years, he has established himself as a Director and Production Designer for commercials, music videos, and feature films. He is a premiere advertising director in the Hispanic marketplace, with a reel that includes work for American Express, Discovery Channel, St. Jude Children’s Hospital and the successful 2016 Rio Olympics campaign.
